Not since Nora walked out of school one day and never went back. There was a dark, dark house Until, out of the blue, an invitation to Clare’s hen do arrives/5. The clue is right there in the title. This is a much darker book than the "regular" Thorne novels. Although Thorne deals with some fairly nasty themes and events, "In the Dark" is on another level altogether.
